Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones' financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.

Tradavity offers optional integrations with third-party trading platforms including Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and TopstepX (via ProjectX API) for the purpose of automatically importing trade history into your journal. These integrations are subject to the following:
Read-Only Access. All broker connections are configured with read-only permissions. Tradavity accesses your trade history and account information only. Tradavity does not place orders, execute trades, transfer funds, or modify your broker account in any way.
Credential Storage. For OAuth-based brokers (Tradovate, NinjaTrader), we store only an access token obtained through the broker's secure authentication flow. We never receive your broker password. For API-key-based brokers (TopstepX), your API key and username are stored encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption to maintain persistent connections. All stored credentials are permanently deleted when you disconnect a broker.
No Affiliation. Tradavity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tradovate, NinjaTrader Group LLC, TopstepX, ProjectX, or any other trading platform. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability. Tradavity is not responsible for any actions taken on your broker accounts, any unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on the broker's side, any trading losses, data discrepancies between your broker and Tradavity, or any service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages. Use of broker integrations is at your own risk and subject to each platform's own Terms of Service.
TopstepX auto-sync requires a separate ProjectX API subscription, which is not included with Tradavity. You must subscribe to the ProjectX API independently to enable this integration. Tradavity is not responsible for any actions taken on your TopstepX or ProjectX accounts, including but not limited to unauthorized trades, account restrictions, or account termination. Your use of the TopstepX integration is governed by TopstepX's and ProjectX's respective Terms of Service. All development, maintenance, and risk associated with API usage is the sole responsibility of the user.
